The PAINWeek 2020 National Conference Is Happening Now
Why is PAINWeek being replaced by a live virtual meeting this year?
The COVID-19 pandemic has presented many challenges. While parts of the country are beginning to return to some form of normalcy, the PAINWeek team feels that the best way to provide the education for which it is recognized, and to secure the safety of our attendees, is by pivoting to a live virtual event for this year.

When will PAINWeek return to Las Vegas?
PAINWeek 2021 is scheduled for September 7-11, at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
I am already registered for PAINWeek 2020. What will happen to my registration?
If you registered for PAINWeek 2020 (September 8-12) prior to June 9, 2020, we be transferring your registration to the PAINWeek Live Virtual Conference, September 11-13, 2020, so there is nothing you need to do. You will be sent a new confirmation email in the coming weeks.
An added benefit! We will be providing you with on demand access to the PAINWeek enduring library of CME sessions—120 CE/CME hours—for one year.
An extra bonus! All registrants will also be provided complimentary registration to PAINWeek 2021, September 7-11, in Las Vegas.
What happens to my hotel reservation with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas?
If you booked a hotel room through the PAINWeek room block on Passkey, your existing reservation will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you booked your hotel room via a third-party online booking site (Orbitz, Travelocity, etc), please contact them directly and immediately to cancel.
If you opt to have us transfer your registration to PAINWeek 2021, you will need to make a new hotel reservation. Details and a reservation link will be sent in early 2021.
I prepaid for OnDemand access for PAINWeek 2020. Will those charges be refunded?
If you opt to transfer your registration to PAINWeek 2021, your paid OnDemand fees will transfer to OnDemand access for PAINWeek 2021. If you choose not to attend PAINWeek 2021, your OnDemand fees will be refunded in full.
My company planned to exhibit at PAINWeek 2020. What will happen now?
Your exhibit space, including any priority status, booth size, location, and other preferences will be transferred to the PAINWeek 2020 Live Virtual Conference to be held September 11-13. Any sponsorship items, amenities, and advertising will also be transferred to the live virtual conference.

Scholarships awarded for the PAINWeek 2020 conference in Las Vegas will be honored for the virtual conference. We will contact recipients with additional details and deadlines.
I am/was planning on submitting a scientific abstract for consideration. Will you still be offering a scientific poster session?

I will not be able to attend the live virtual conference. What are my options?
This year, we are launching a new subscription option which will allow you to select the learning model that best fits your educational needs. The subscription will include access to the entire catalog of educational offerings over the next 12 months. Details will be available soon.
