PAINWeek, the National Conference on Pain for Frontline Practitioners experiences remarkable growth going into its fifth year
Montclair, NJ (PRWEB) August 29, 2011

Social Workers should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Debra Weiner, Director of Program Development, observed, “We are delighted to be able to offer accreditation to the members of these medical specialties who will be participating in PAINWeek. This is further recognition of the critical importance of pain management education to the provision of quality healthcare.”
The 5th annual PAINWeek National Conference will convene September 7-10 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the first time at this recently opened luxury resort on the Las Vegas Strip. Advance registrations for the conference at this new venue are running well ahead of all previous PAINWeek events, and as of mid-August, conference management expects an over 30% increase in attendance compared to last year.
Donna Kelley, Senior Program Manager, noted “Attendee registrations for PAINWeek 2011 are well past the 1,000 mark, and continue to pour in. Additionally, we look forward to welcoming approximately 200 industry and exhibitor participants, and over 100 faculty and conference staff. We’re very excited to see a continuation and acceleration of our consistent growth since the first PAINWeek conference five years ago.”
PAINWeek is the nation’s largest pain conference for frontline practitioners with an interest in pain management. Convening for its 5th year from September 7-10 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, PAINWeek will welcome over 1,500 physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals for a comprehensive program of course offerings, satellite events, and exhibits.
