Why Should Frontline Practitioners Come to PAINWeek?

Michael Saenger, MD, is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta. He is also lead pain management physician at the Atlanta VA Medical Center, Decatur, GA. At PAINWeek 2014, Dr. Saenger delivered a Special Interest Session exploring new ways to frame the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain. He also presented a course on evidence-based complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) therapies for low back pain. We asked for his view on why PAINWeek is important education for frontline practitioners, and got this response!
