PAINWeek offers a variety of amenities available for sponsorship that meet your company's marketing goals and budgets. Below is a sampling of available amenities. PAINWeek is happy to work with you on any ideas you might have for sponsorship. Please contact us.

BrainBuzz Café

What makes PAINWeek attendees happier than 120+ hours of continuing medical education?

Java

Showcase your company and/or brand by sponsoring a PAINWeek BrainBuzz Café and receive 5 days of unprecedented exposure to 2000+ conference attendees.

Fees are $7,500 per 1 hour time slot per day/location, and provide a maximum of 70 gallons of coffee. Please note that Exhibit Hall café stations are available only Thursday and Friday. Prominent signage with your company/ brand logo is included. Sponsors may also provide branded/nonbranded information and materials, napkins, cup sleeves, etc.

Please note: Other exhibitors are prohibited from offering coffee during your sponsored time slot.

Closing Reception (held in Exhibit Hall) — $30,000

New acquaintances and old friends will gather in our fabulous Exhibit Hall to relax, unwind, and bid farewell. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served, and prominent signage will be displayed at this event. The emcee will provide an announcement of your company's sponsorship, and a representative from your company is welcome to make brief closing remarks.

Poster Session Reception (held in Condesa Commons) — $25,000

Digital Art Gallery (located in Mont-Royal Commons) — $50,000

Step and Repeat — $2,500

Here's a NEW idea for promotional support at PAINWeek: Your corporate/brand logo on the step and repeat banner backdrop at the Corporate Photobooth complete with red carpet.

You have seen them many times at award shows, movie premieres, and press events, but probably didn't know what it was called. A step and repeat banner is a backdrop that displays your logo in a diagonal, repeated pattern. The purpose is to publicize your organization at each of the many photo opportunities and interviews that occur during the course of the PAINWeek conference.

PAINWeek will also supply a photographer. Attendees may take their own photos. iPads will be available for attendees to post photos to social media accounts.

The cost is just $2500 to have your logo included and is strictly limited to 3 sponsors ensuring you a full exposure during the conference. To view a sample of a Step and Repeat, click here.

Social Media Wall (outside Exhibit Hall) — $5,000

Amenities

Cyber Kiosks (n=8) — $30,000

Help delegates keep in touch with their office, check email, do a little web surfing, check-in for flights, and print boarding passes. Home pages will be programmed to default to sponsor's company website or sponsor may provide company or product branded screen saver or splash page for Cyber Kiosk terminals. Cyber Kiosk signage is strategically located inside the Exhibit Hall for maximum exposure and traffic. 

Program Guide (sole sponsorship) — $35,000

This is the primary onsite reference guide for PAINWeek attendees. It includes the session schedule, session descriptions, faculty information, exhibit floor listings, and other conference-related materials. As the sole sponsor of the Program Guide you will receive an acknowledgement and logo on the cover and the premium inside front cover (4-page spread) for advertising insertions. Please note that the single sponsor will be the only company that is permitted to advertise a product in the Program Guide; ads must be preapproved by PAINWeek. Single-page ads for satellite events presented during PAINWeek and their respective corporate supporters will be listed.

Charging Station — $12,500

Tote Bags — $12,000

Attractive, high-quality tote bags will be provided to all delegates at registration. The bag will display your corporate logo prominently and the PAINWeek logo. Have attendees remember your support long after the conference concludes.

Name Badge Lanyards — $7,500

Have delegates wear your logo around their necks all day long, as name badges are required at all events. Even better, a lanyard can double as an eyeglass holder long after the meeting is over. Company logo will be printed on a nylon lanyard.

Platinum Sponsorship Package — $50,000 (SOLD)

The Platinum sponsor (limited to 2 organizations) also receives a large amount of prominence preconference and beyond with banner ads 2x/month and 2 custom email deployments across PAINWeek digital communications throughout the year. During the conference your company's name and logo are showcased at the opening night Step and Repeat, and following the conference with hosting of your sponsored PDM program on www.painweek.org for 1 year. Moreover, this sponsorship speaks to the collegial spirit of the pain community and exhibits a concerted effort of support for frontline practitioners. PAINWeek Daily News, Conference Preview and Postconference Proceedings

Daily News is the official daily print publication of PAINWeek. The Dailies include live daily coverage of meeting activities. Attendees pick up their personal copies at custom racks throughout the convention center. The Conference Preview and Postconference Proceedings are special issues full of expanded conference coverage and reaches 35,000 frontline practitioners.
