Conference Amenities

PAINWeek offers a variety of amenities available for sponsorship that meet your company’s marketing goals and budgets. Below is a sampling of available amenities. PAINWeek is happy to work with you on any ideas you might have for sponsorship. Please contact us.

Welcome Reception ($35,000)

Hors d’oeuvres. Drinks. Music. Sponsor the biggest, most well-attended event at PAINWeek on Wednesday evening, September 4. Prominent signage will be displayed at this event. An announcement of sponsoring company’s support will be made during our opening ceremony. A representative from the sponsoring company is also welcome to make brief opening remarks.

Cyber Café, Includes 4 Printing Stations ($30,000)

Help delegates keep in touch with their office, check e-mail, do a little Web surfing, check-in for flights, and print boarding passes. Home pages will be programmed to default to sponsor’s company Web site or sponsor may provide company or product branded screen saver or splash page for Cyber Café terminals. Delegates will also complete their evaluations, credit requests, and print their certificates at the Cyber Café. Prominent signage at the Cyber Café is strategically located inside the exhibit hall for maximum exposure and traffic.

Closing Reception ($15,000)

New acquaintances and old friends will gather in our fabulous exhibit hall to relax, unwind, and bid farewell. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served, and prominent signage will be displayed at this event. The emcee will provide an announcement of your company’s sponsorship, and a representative from your company is welcome to make brief closing remarks.

Market Intelligence Assessment ($25,000)

The Practitioner Assessment Care and Education (PACE) Survey has been developed to better understand the information and education needs of clinicians who provide pain management. Sponsorship of this survey (which spans 4 days at PAINWeek) will give the sponsor a report on important insights into knowledge gaps, practice issues, and medical/legal concerns involved in providing pain management.

Keynote Address, Opening Night ($15,000)

Prominent signage will be featured at this event. Your corporate logo will be displayed on the program posters and an acknowledgement will be included in the program guide. A representative from your company is also welcome to make brief opening remarks.

Breaks, 8 Available ($15,000 each)

Conference essentials such as coffee, tea, water, soda, and snacks will be provided for delegates. Sponsors may choose a morning or afternoon break. Two breaks a day for every full day of the conference are available. Cocktail napkins will be printed with sponsor company logo along with a sign prominently placed by the break area and a tote bag stuffer to announce the break. Multiple sponsors/partial support is available.

PAINWeek Program Guide, Single Sponsorship ($30,000) SOLD

This is the primary onsite reference guide for PAINWeek attendees. It includes the session schedule, session description, faculty information, exhibit floor listings, and other conference-related materials. As the single sponsor of the program guide you will receive an acknowledgement and logo on the cover and the premium inside front cover (4-page spread) for advertising insertions. Please note that the single sponsor will be the only company that is permitted to advertise a product in the program guide; ads must be preapproved by PAINWeek. Single-page ads for satellite events presented during PAINWeek and their respective corporate supporters will be listed.

Conference Tote Bags ($10,000)

Attractive, high-quality tote bags will be provided to all delegates at registration. The bag will display your corporate logo prominently and the PAINWeek logo. Have attendees remember your support long after the conference concludes.

USB Flash Drive ($15,000)

All PAINWeek delegates will be sent home with a reusable USB thumb drive that will include extra information and resources. Sponsor will receive acknowledgement on the opening screen as well as your logo imprinted on the thumb drive.

Bottled Water ($3,000)

Delegates will thank you for helping to cool them off with a bottle of refreshing spring water. Bottles will be produced with your company logo and will be distributed to attendees at registration. A portion of them can also be distributed at your booth.

Name Badge Lanyards ($5,000)

Have delegates wear your logo around their necks all day long, as name badges are required at all events. Even better, a lanyard can double as an eyeglass holder long after the meeting is over. Company logo will be printed on a nylon lanyard.

Conference Pens ($3,000)

High-quality pens that delegates will be using long after the conference is over. Sponsor logo will accompany the PAINWeek logo in a single color. Pens will be provided to all delegates at registration.

 

Conference Activities

 

PAINWeek Art Gallery ($10,000)

Over the years, PAINWeek has received many accolades for its artwork. Attendees have remarked that it is one of the things that sets us apart from other medical conferences. Sponsor an exhibition of art from the PAINWeek archives.

5K Run/Walk ($10,000)

An invigorating and scenic 5K (3.1 mile) morning fun run/walk is open for full or partial sponsorship. Sponsorship can include event signage, a shuttle bus to the running location, logo on T-shirts provided to runners, advertising in runner’s packet, and more. An estimated 100 to 200 attendees are expected to participate.

Massage Station ($7,000)

PAINWeek delegates will thank you profusely for this complimentary massage between learning sessions. Since massage appointment times are limited, delegates will rush to your booth to receive the coupons needed to reserve an appointment time. Two appointment blocks a day will be offered on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, September 5, 6, and 7. Acknowledgement signage at the event will be provided.

Yoga Sessions ($10,000)

PAINWeek delegates will appreciate the opportunity to attain a state of perfect spiritual insight and tranquility before beginning an extensive day of sessions. Yoga Sessions will be offered each morning of the conference (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, September 4, 5, 6 and 7) at 6:30AM. In addition to supporting a professional instructor, sponsors will receive a listing in the PAINWeek Program Guide announcing the sessions, a special announcement of yoga sessions in 2 PAINWeek eNewsletters, and 3 posters displayed in the PAINWeek registration area inviting attendees to attend.

Tai Chi Sessions ($10,000)

Offer PAINWeek delegates the opportunity to benefit from the ancient art of Tai Chi using gentle flowing movements to reduce the stress of busy lifestyles and improve their health. Sessions will be offered each afternoon of the conference (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, September 4, 5, 6 and 7) at 4:00PM. In addition to supporting a professional instructor, sponsors will receive a listing in the PAINWeek Program Guide announcing the sessions, a special announcement of Tai Chi sessions in 2 PAINWeek eNewsletters, and 3 posters in the PAINWeek registration area inviting attendees to attend.
