There are many moving parts when it comes to making changes to healthcare in America that can affect the entire system. In last month’s New England Journal of Medicine, Drs. Pizzo and Clark reiterated a lot of their conclusions from the original Institute of Medicine (IOM) report published in the summer of 2011.
